ConstanceHILLIt is with great sadness we announce that Constance, aged 94 years passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 12th December.

Much loved by family and friends alike, she will be sadly missed by all that had the good fortune to know her.

A celebration of Constance's life will be held at Swansea Crematorium on Friday 10th January at 10am.
